To protect your account information, theresneveraline.com asks that you enter a valid user name and password before buying anything using your account information. If you choose to store your credit card information with your user account, the full credit card number will never be shown through your web browser again. All credit card information will be cleared any time your account is reset.

Does TNAL use third parties?

TNAL allows third party companies to advertise on non-retail parts the site with banner ads, promotions, and other marketing messages. Currently all blog ads are provided by http://www.blogherads.com/. No personal customer information is given to third parties.

Are my personal messages private when I buy gifts from TNAL?

When you add a personal message to your order, it is secured by TNAL. For order fulfillment, an order-processing representative may view your message. TNAL reserves the right to report any threatening or harassing messages with authorities if deemed necessary or if required by law. TNAL will have no legal responsibility for such disclosures.

Are there any restrictions to personal messages on products I purchase from TNAL?

TNAL reserves the right to refuse to add personal messages that are deemed threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable towards any individual or group of people. The customer will be contacted in this case and given the option to have the product sent to directly him or herself, to change the message, or cancel the order. Customer will not be charged until the matter is resolved.

Your e-card messages are always kept confidential and secure. E-cards will only be accessed when it is necessary to complete your order. TNAL reserves the right to work with law enforcement officials in the investigation of possible unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site. TNAL will have no legal responsibility for such disclosures.
